Only Imran Khan capable to respond to US: Fawad Chaudhary

Federal information minister Fawad Chaudhry has said that only Imran Khan is capable to respond to the US, reported 24News HD TV channel on Sunday. 

While addressing PTI workers in Jehlum, Fawad Chaudhary said that the two families had been ruling the country in the past before Imran Khan who had been befooling the masses. He said Bilawal and Maryam had no political standing except inheritance. Referring to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, he said “The prince and princess had been yelling during Gilgit-Baltistan election campaigns but they could only field few candidates in the entire region.” 

He said Peoples Party had diminished from Kashmir and held no standing there anymore as no one wanted to contest on their tickets. He said Bilawal Bhutto had been yelling in the party’s public gatherings in Kashmir for three days. “He (Bilawal) does not how to talk about the elders. Same is the case with Maryam Nawaz,” he said and added that PML-N and PPP had been carrying out political campaigns in the Gilgit-Baltistan election for days without realizing they have not even contended from many of those areas.

He said that criticizing Imran Khan would not help them bag votes, adding that Imran Khan has been, is, and will be the most popular leader of Pakistan. 

The minister talked about the underway development projects purportedly started by the PM. The canal system that has been in the doldrums for a century has been resumed now, he said, claiming the Jalalpur-Khushab canal system would see its first phase materializing in 2023. He said that a 116-kilometer two-way road was being constructed from Lillah Interchange which would likely change the fate of this region as with this Kashmir would be connected with the Motorway.
