Four dead, five injured in tourist car crash in Sakardu

Four people lost their lives and five others were injured in a car accident at the popular tourist spot of Basho in Skardu, according to Faizullah Faraq, spokesperson for the Provincial Government.
The victims and injured hail from various provinces of Pakistan.
Following the accident, Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Haji Gulbar Khan expressed his deep sorrow and regret over the tragic event.
Chief Minister Khan has instructed the health secretary and other administrative authorities to ensure the best possible care for the injured.
He also expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and directed that the bodies of the deceased be transported to their respective hometowns.
"We are committed to providing all necessary support to the affected families," stated Faizullah Faraq, spokesperson for the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan.
