Perplexity over new NAO makes judge write letter to NAB chief

Accountability Court Judge Azam Khan has written a letter to the National Accountability Bureau Chief Justice ® Javed Iqbal apprising him of the petitions being filed under the NAB Amendment Ordinance, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
He said the petitions were seeking acquittal in cases under the newly promulgated amended National Accountability Ordinance (NAO).
The judge wrote that the NAB chairman had been given the authority to provide list to the court regarding which cases the accountability court should pursue and which cases it should return.
