Ishaq Dar presides over ECC meeting

Federal Minister of Finance Ishaq Dar Thursday presided over a meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A summary of the plan to import wheat via the Gwadar port was discussed and considered.

The matter of salary payments of Pakistan Steel Mill employees was also discussed and is likely to be approved and the renewal of petroleum exploration licenses was also considered in the meeting.

The supplementary grant to meet the needs of the Ministry of Defense was also included in the agenda of the meeting.
