ASF opens fire on car for violating security rules at Faisalabad Airport

Airport Security Force (ASF) Faisalabad opened fire on a car for violating the airport security rules on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to sources at the airport, the airport security forces signalled the vehicle to stop.

The citizen was a resident of Gujranwala and came to Faisalabad Airport to drop off his family.

Sources said that instead of the entrance, the citizen entered the airport via the exit route.

Tires of the car exploded after hitting the tyre breaker on which ASF personnel opened fire on the car driver, sources said.

However, the vehicle and the driver were taken into custody and police investigation is ongoing.
