Court reserves ruling on police’s request to extend Mansha Bomb’s remand

A court in Lahore reserved the judgement on the police’s request to extend physical remand of Mansha Bomb in the case of grabbing state properties and attacking the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) officers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

The accused, Mansha Bomb, was produced in Model Town courts on the completion of his four-day physical remand.

The police requested the court to extend the physical remand of Mansha Bomb at the judicial magistrate reserved the judgement.

It is to be noted here that a case was registered against Mansha Bomb and others at the Township police station on the complaint of LDA State Officer Rai Shah Jahan.

“Mansha Bomb is a notorious land mafia of Johar Town. They fired shots at the LDA team that was retrieving state land from them,” the text of the FIR read.
