PSP denies firing on PPP rally

Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) spokesman has denied allegations of firing on a PPP rally in Baldia Town area of Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Baldia Town falls under the constituency of NA-249 wherein the by-election will be held tomorrow (Thursday).
The PSP spokesman said that linking his party with the firing on a PPP rally was not fair.

He said some extremist elements among the participants of the rally opened heavy fire on their party’s central office previously. He said that PPP leadership had lost senses because of the acceptability of the PSP in Baldia Town. He said some elements of the PPP had been doing provocative activities in the area since Sunday but the PSP had been responding with patience.
The PSP spokesman asked the law enforcement agencies including police and rangers to take against the terrorist activities of PPP.
