Three cities to host PPP’s public gatherings today

As the general elections are only 10 days away, PPP, too, has sped up its campaign as the party will again hold public gatherings in different cities of the country today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.   

Party’s rally at Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi

Preparations are underway for the PPP’s rally due to be held at Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh today as the stage has been set and the sound system has been installed as well.

Over 5,000 seats have been placed at the venue of the event, while people will be allowed inside the Bagh only after passing through walkthrough gates.

Additional police contingents have been deployed at the point designated for the entry of the party’s leadership, while a bomb disposal squad will comb the area before the start of the event.

Asif Zardari to address public gathering at Hub

Similarly, arrangements are near completion for the party’s another rally at Hub which would be addressed by former president Asif Ali Zardari.

Aseefa Bhutto’s address in Lyari

Likewise, Aseefa Bhutto will go around different areas of Lyari in Karachi today in the form of a rally and address the party workers.
