Canadian High Commissioner to Pakistan Wendy Gilmour joined local volunteers to clean the surroundings of the ice hockey rink in Skardu after the Ice-Hockey Championship 2022, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Wendy Gilmour said the purpose was to create an awareness about cleanliness among youth.
She tweeted, “Thanks to all that helped out - teaching kids that having fun includes cleaning up afterward. Baltistan’s winter festival was dedicated to bringing attention to climate action, and it did.”
