Pakpattan canal breach: crops and homes at risk as flooding spreads

A large breach in the canal near Miran Shah in Pakpattan has caused extensive flooding, submerging dozens of acres of land, the 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday. 

According to the channel report, the breach poses a threat to nearby residential areas, raising concerns among residents. 

The channel reported that the water has already inundated agricultural fields, with farmers fearing significant crop damage. 

As per the report, the irrigation department's staff has yet to arrive at the scene, heightening concerns about further damage.
