Khosa house attacker arrested, says next target was Aitzaz Ahsan’s home

Lahore police have arrested the main culprit of the firing incident at Advocate Latif Khosa’s House, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The drop scene of the shooting incident at Khosa’s house occurred when the CIA Model Town Police nabbed the accused who shot fire at his house.
This was told by DIG Investigation Kamran Adil while talking to the media at his office in Lahore on Wednesday.
The DIG said that during investigation, the accused, Mohsin alias Lamba, confessed that he was assigned the task by PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s close associate Zubair Khan Niazi to attack the houses of Khosa and barrister Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan.
He said in return for the attack, he was to get Rs1 million, out of which he had already got Rs100,000.
With a sense of great humiliation in his tone, the accused further said that he along with his friends opened fire at Khosa’s house at the behest of Zubair Khan Niazi.
He said that Niazi sent one of his employees with him to show him Khosa's house.
He said he was a PTI worker and got acquainted with Zubair Khan Niazi during rallies of the party. After this attack, the house of Supreme Court advocate Aitzaz Ahsan was also to be fired, he revealed.
Previously, accused Mohsin had also been charged in various other serious crimes including attempted murder, extortion, robbery and shooting at houses.
He is an absconder in the murder case at Millat Park police station.
