It seems the monkeys have no idea what is happening with the human race and what is causing this huge challenge, as they snatched away the coronavirus test samples from a healthcare professional in India, reported Indian TV channel Times Now and The Times of India.
According to the report, the incident was reported in Meerut – a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh – where the locals are now fearing the spread of coronavirus thanks to the rogue monkeys.

The daylight robbery was carried out as a group of monkeys attacked a laboratory technician carrying the test samples of three patients on the Meerut Medical College premises.
And it seems the monkeys really liked the commandoes-like action, as one of them was later found atop a tree chewing the sample collection kits. However, it wasn’t clear whether the said monkey was the gang leader or not.
The animals like monkeys are not immune to the effects of coronavirus and resultant lockdown crippling the world economy.
Earlier in March, hundreds of monkeys in Thailand were seen fighting over a single banana after the coronavirus caused a massive drop in tourists that would normally bring them food.
