Federal govt abolishes Saturday holiday in educational institutions

Federal Ministry of Education on Friday decided to end Saturday holiday in all government educational institutions from November 30, 2024 till February 1, 2025, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A notification issued in this regard stated that federal education ministry took this decision to complete syllabus and fill the gap created due to unnecessary holidays.
Now all the educational institutions falling under the jurisdiction of federal government will be observing six days a week till February 1, 2025.
