Babar Azam breaks another Kohli’s record

Babar Azam becomes the first captain in the history of T20I to complete 1,000 runs in 26 innings, surpassing Virat Kohli's record.

Previously, Virat Kohli had the milestone of scoring 1,000 runs in 30 innings.

Afghan Bowler Rashid Khan also becomes the fastest cricketer to grab 100 wickets in T20I. Rashid got rid of Hafeez and achieved this milestone. Rashid Khan set a record of 100 wickets in 53 T20Is.

Babar also retained the honour of being undefeated on the UAE pitch in 14 consecutive games. Rashid Khan was also undefeated in 15 games in the UAE prior to the Pakistan match
