KP Governor Kundi says CM Gandapur govt functioning on corruption

Khyber Pukhtoonkhawa (KP) Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is functioning on "corruption.”c Taking a jab at Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, he said that PTI founder Imran Khan was involved in selling precious watches while Gandpur was selling flowers, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference in Multan, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province is facing a worse law and order situation, but the CM and his cabinet are busy holding rallies, they did not have enough time to focus on the law and order situation in KP, which is not satisfactory.
He further said that the people of South Punjab reposed their confidence in the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), which is an open secret. He said that PPP is also in the majority in Dera Ismail Khan.
He said that the KP government received Rs 600 billion from the federal government to improve the security situation, but the KP police are functioning without any resources.
Earlier, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi arrived in Multan on a two-day visit.
Soon after his arrival, he reached Gilani House and held a detailed meeting with Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gilani. Both leaders expressed their satisfaction with the economic condition of the country.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi will also visit Rahim Yar Khan tomorrow.
