Margalla police Thursday raided the house of Chaudhary Majeed, the owner of a private housing society, on a tip-off about the collection of arms and other suspicious items in there for the sit-in of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the police sources, Chaudhry Majeed has arranged the accommodation and meal in his housing society for the caravans of the PTI workers coming from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

“It was reported that PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur sent weapons to the house of Chaudhary Majeed,” police said.
