Three women arrested as police bust brothel in Layyah

Police in Layyah arrested three men and an equal number of women following a raid on a brothel, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

Talking to the media, Sub-Inspector (SI) Saima Batool, who led the raid, said that the police were always ready to weed out vices from the society. 

The police officer said that cash was also recovered from the suspects. 

Giving more details, she said a man named Saeed Yasin was running a brothel at Ward No 3 of Fatehpur area of the city. “After having been intimated about its presence, police raided the prostitutes’ den and took six people into custody.”
