In a significant operation against human smuggling, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Unit apprehended two women attempting to leave for Saudi Arabia to beg.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the suspects, identified as Eisha Devi and Nesho Devi, were intercepted at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) on Monday.

Investigations revealed both women were travelling on visit visas with plans to beg in Saudi Arabia.

Eisha Devi had previously been deported from Saudi Arabia after being caught for similar activities, landing her on FIA’s ‘stop list.’

Her accomplice, Nesho Kumari, failed to provide valid reasons for her travel during questioning by Immigration officials.

Shockingly, the suspects had no funds to cover even their basic travel expenses. They were handed over to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle for further investigation.
