Woman in Badin loses life to fake Pirs’ exorcism

Fake spiritual healers in a suburban village of Badin tortured a woman, who had been brought to them for spiritual treatment, to death, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
As per reports, the Pirs thrashed 30-year-old Sangeeta, saying they wanted to rid her of evil spirits.
But the woman could not bear the torture and passed away.
Police said that torture marks were visible on the deceased’s face and other parts of her body.
They further said that spiritual healers Weersi Kolhi and Horshi Kolhi had been arrested, and the deceased’s body had been shifted to Tando Bago Rural Health Center for the post-mortem.
