CM Bizenjo direct immediate arrest of escaped 17 prisoners from Chaman Jail

At least 17 dangerous prisoners involved in heinous crimes have escaped from the Chaman Jail in Balochistan during offering Eid prayer in the prison on Thursday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudous Bizenjo has taken strict notice of the attack on Chaman Jail.
The channel report said Balochistan CM Bizenjo has asked the Additional Chief Secretary Home for a detailed report on the attack on the jail and the escape of the dangerous prisoners.
Balochistan CM Bizenjo also directed the law enforcement agencies to take joint action to arrest the escaped prisoners immediately.

The prisoners who were brought out of their barracks for offering Eid prayers attacked the security officials on Thursday morning.

The fight between the two claimed the life of an inmate while 17 other prisoners managed to escape in Balochistan’s border area of Chaman

As per reports, the jail authorities brought out prisoners in the open from their barracks so that they could offer their Eid prayers in the morning today. But, the inmates found in it an opportunity and devised a plan to break the jail.

The horde of the jailbirds attacked the prison officials. In the ensuing fight, a prisoner died and two others sustained injuries. Several policemen also got hurt in the clash.

However, 17 prisoners managed to escape the jail.
