Celebrated Pakistani singer Momina Mustehsan has expressed support for Aima Baig after senior Playback singer Sara Raza Khan’s controversial remarks regarding her singing abilities.
In case the readers are not aware, Sara Raza Khan made an appearance in a TV show hosted by renowned poet and writer Wasi Shah, where she shared her perception about young singers and mentioned that Aima Baig would not be considered singers if autotune wasn't at play.

Sara further added: “There are many other names like this (Aima Baig), for example, we may like them as actors or entertainers. If I would want someone to act or model in my film or item song, I will hire Mehwish Hayat for the performance not for signing because she can’t sing. I am sorry but that’s true”.

However, lately, Momina took to her Instagram handle and expressed disagreement with Sara Khan’s words by writing: “Not that I have to say it, but that’s not true. Aima sings very well, and so does Sara. Neither of them needs auto-tune.”
