IHC orders to dismiss SHO for kidnapping citizen from Islamabad

Islamabad High Court (IHC) orders to dismiss the SHO Islamabad police of industrial area immediately reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to the sources the court has ordered FIA to submit the report within 10 days after investigating the whole matter. Islamabad police disclosed that the citizens were kept in illegal custody and demanded crores of rupees.

Justice Islamabad high court Tariq Mahmood Jehangiri on the application of Muhammad Awais Paracha issued the order. 

Applicant Muhammad Awais Paracha allegedly told that his father Muhammad Naeem Paracha was illegally kidnapped by the SHO of the industrial area and kept closed in the police station. “He demanded a ransom of 6 crore rupees from my father, the applicant told.”

The court bailiff recovered the hostage and presented it to the court, the SHO also appeared. SHO told that the case has been settled under section 406 and the police have prepared a report on the discharge of the FIR but have not presented it to the court yet.

On the other hand, the SHO admitted that Muhammad Naeem Paracha was kept in illegal custody and tortured. The court ordered to release of Muhammad Naeem Paracha. Further court trial has been adjourned till October 17.
