Pakistan Army rescues two more mountaineers from Broad Peak

Pakistan Army rescued a team of Pakistani mountaineers using a military helicopter in a successful operation at Broad Peak, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Last day, a team of four Pakistanis successfully climbed Broad Peak, including Anam Uzair and Amar Butt.

Anam Uzair and Amar Butt suffered from frostbite and snow blandness during the submission.

An appeal was made to the Pakistan Army for rescue. As soon as the information was received, a Pakistan Army helicopter rescued both the mountaineers.

The mountaineers thanked the Pakistan Army for their immediate humanitarian rescue and brought them to Skardu.
