The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) staged a powerful show in Faisalabad on Friday.

Speaking at the Workers Convention in the PML-N stronghold, party leaders strongly criticised Prime Minister Imran Khan and his government.

PML-N senior leader Rana Sanaullah Khan said the Imran Niazi experiment had failed and the country could not afford more experiments. He said that masses would give their verdict against the incompetent rulers on December 13. He said the nation would not let the government hide behind the coronavirus pandemic.

Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said it was a struggle for people, not for power. He said the current opposition was not the opposition of the past and opposition leaders had rendered sacrifices. He said that Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz went to jail when the need arose. He said the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) was meant to alleviate people’s problems.
