German Ambassador to Pakistan Bernhard Schlagheck on his official twitter account @GermanyinPAK said he read an interesting piece of historical work on the founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's life that opened a fascinating window into Quaid’s personal and political struggles.

The ambassador also asked for more books recommendations and said, “What are you guys reading this weekend. Any recommendations.”
It is pertinent to mention here preparations to celebrate Jashan-e-Azadi (Independence Day) are underway across the country.
As the month of August starts, the preparations for the celebrations of the 73rd Independence Day of Pakistan has also begun in every nook and corner of country.
The streets and markets are being decorated with the green-white flags. While government buildings are also being illuminated with colourful lights. Roadside corners selling buntings, flags, banners and badges are fully engaged in their business these days.
