PM to hold consultations with legal experts on no-trust move

Also calls PTI’s political committee meeting

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday (today) will hold consultations with legal and constitutional experts with regard to no-confidence motion which has now been turned into a political controversy with an alleged ‘threat letter’ claimed by the premier, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The prime minister will also take opinions from the legal experts about the future course of action besides consultations on the no-confidence motion against him.

Moreover, a meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) political committee will also be held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday (today).

The prime minister has summoned the senior leadership of the party for the political committee meeting.

He will also meet other dignitaries at the Prime Minister House.

PM Imran expected to make big announcement on Saturday

Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired an important meeting in Islamabad on Thursday night at which a strategy was chalked out with respect to the no-trust motion on which voting will take place day after tomorrow (Sunday, April 3, 2022), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Ruling Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) bigwigs also held consultations to call the PTI workers to Islamabad on the voting day.   

Apart from that, sources told 24News that PM Imran was expected to make a big announcement tomorrow (Saturday). 

Governors of Sindh and Balochistan, federal ministers Ali Zaidi, Fawad Chaudhry and Hammad Azhar, Leader of the House in Senate Shehzad Waseem, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Shehbaz Gill, Faisal Javed and Aamer Mehmood Kiani were also in attendance.
