Hailey Bieber has shut down speculation that she unfollowed her husband, Justin Bieber, on Instagram after rumors swirled online. The Rhode founder addressed the gossip directly, clarifying the situation with a simple explanation.
The rumors began after Justin Bieber went live on Instagram on March 30 before temporarily deactivating his account. When he reactivated it later that night, some fans noticed Hailey’s name missing from his followers' list, sparking speculation that she had unfollowed him.
However, Hailey quickly debunked the claims by commenting on a TikTok post about the alleged unfollowing. "It's a glitch. Didn't unfollow him. Hope this helps!" she wrote, putting an end to the speculation.
This isn’t the first time social media activity has led to rumors about the couple. In January 2025, Justin himself had to clarify that he hadn’t unfollowed Hailey after fans noticed her name missing from his following list.
"Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,” Justin explained on his Instagram Story at the time. “S--t is getting suss out here.”
The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, have repeatedly found themselves at the center of speculation about their marriage. On March 17, Hailey even shared a cryptic quote on her Instagram Story, saying, "People take the information they’re fed and they draw a picture of who you are. Most of the time, it’s wrong."
Adding to the buzz, Justin posted a photo of Hailey flipping off the camera on March 27, fueling further curiosity about their relationship dynamics.
Despite the endless scrutiny, Hailey has been vocal about shutting down false narratives. Last year, she wrote on Instagram, "Just FYI, the stories and constant 'blind items' I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong... They come from the land of delusion."
With Hailey’s latest clarification, it seems the Biebers can cross one more rumor off their list—for now.
