FBR suspends two officers over leakage of Gen Bajwa family’s IT details

The Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) has suspended its two deputy commissioners in connection with the investigation into the leakage of income tax details of former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and his family, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The FBR on Thursday issued a notification for suspension of two deputy commissioners – Atif Nawaz Warraich and Zahoor Ahmad – which will remain in effect for four months.
FBR Chairman Asim Ahmad issued the orders for the suspension of the two officers of charges of incompetency and misadministration.
