Dialysis machines at Nephrology Department of Chandka Hospital Larkana have been out-of-order for the past three days.

The situation has caused various problems for hundreds of dialysis patients who visit the hospital from as far as Balochistan. According to hospital sources, machines are out-of-order merely due to a fault in RO plant, which could have been rectified by now, keeping in view nature of the fault.

They said nobody in the hospital management bothered to fix the issue, adding that lives of several poor dialysis patients from interior Sindh and Baloshitan would be in danger if the machines are not fixed at the earliest.
