Mob justice: Four youth beat schoolboy brutally in Narowal 

A group of youngsters brutally beat a schoolboy for ‘teasing’ a girl in the Narowal district of Punjab, 24NewsHD TV channel reported Friday.

In a video, four youth kept on beating a boy wearing a school uniform and having a schoolbag as the victim continue apologising and asking them to whom he teased.

The attackers are seen humiliating the victim too. When contacted, the local police were oblivious of the incident.
