Newly appointed CJP Justice Afridi meets incumbent Justice Isa

The newly appointed chief justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Yahya Afridi on Wednesday met with the present CJP Justice Qazi Faez Isa at the latter’s chamber, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Quoting its sources, the channel reported that Justice Isa congratulated Justice Afridi on his elevation to the seat of the chief justice.
Justice Afridi again met with the CJP after the hearing of one of the cases.
Later the new CJP also went to Justice Mansoor Ali Shah’s chamber and met with him.
The Supreme Court (SC) staff also felicitated Justice Afridi on the occasion.
