Samsung unveils Galaxy Tab S10 FE Series: Affordable tablets packed with AI features

Samsung has officially introduced two new additions to its tablet lineup—the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+—bringing a balance of affordability, AI capabilities, and large-screen convenience.

These new tablets integrate features from Samsung’s Galaxy A56 smartphone, combined with the immersive display experience of the Galaxy Tab S10 series.

Display & Battery

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE sports a 10.9-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and is powered by an 8,000mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ features a larger 13.1-inch LCD screen with the same 90Hz refresh rate, but comes with a 10,090mAh battery. Due to its size, the Tab S10 FE+ is slightly heavier, weighing 664 grams, compared to the 497 grams of the standard model. However, both tablets maintain an impressively slim 6mm thickness.

Performance & AI Features

Under the hood, both models are equipped with Samsung’s Exynos 1580 processor, the same chip found in the Galaxy A56. Users can choose between two configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage or 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, with the option to expand storage via a MicroSD card slot.

While the full suite of Samsung’s Galaxy AI features isn’t included, users still get access to key tools such as Google’s Circle to Search, Handwriting Help, and Solve Math in Samsung Notes—making these tablets particularly useful for students. Other AI-powered tools include Best Face for photography, Auto Trim for video editing, and Object Eraser in the Gallery app.

Additional Features

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series comes with a 13MP rear camera and a 12MP front-facing camera. Other notable features include 45W fast charging, dual speakers, an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button. Both models run on Android 15 with Samsung’s One UI 7, ensuring a smooth user experience. The tablets are also compatible with Samsung’s Slim and standard keyboards, making them versatile for both work and entertainment.

Pricing & Availability

Set to launch on April 2, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ will be available in grey, silver, and blue, with options for both Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity. Pricing starts at £499 (approximately $645) for the Tab S10 FE, while the Tab S10 FE+ starts at £649 (around $840).
