Patrolling jet added to Pakistan Navy fleet

The first modern long-range maritime patrol jet aircraft has been added to the Pakistan Navy's fleet, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi was the chief guest at the ceremony. 

Before the commencement of the ceremony, the Naval Chief expressed his condolences on the demise of Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani, praying for him.

During the ceremony, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi said that the Pakistan Navy is committed to modernizing its military equipment keeping in view the challenges of the present day.
