New oil, gas reserves discovered in North Waziristan

Mari Petroleum Company on Thursday announced it had discovered new oil and gas reserves in North Waziristan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The company said it had discovered three reserves in the area during the last two months.
Giving details, it said that over two crores cubic feet of gas and 122 barrels of oil were excavated from the wells daily.
It is hoped that the discovery of these reserves will help deal with the energy crisis.
