Taking a dig at former first lady Bushra Bibi, the Punjab law minister said though she was dubbed a housewife but her audio tape was getting viral on social media. The minister wondered had she nurtured any political proclivities, she might have dropped an atom bomb, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Punjab Law Minister Malik Ahmed Khan on Sunday was addressing a presser in Lahore along with provincial Minister and Punjab government spokesperson Attaullah Tarar.
Law Minister Ahmed Khan said that the current provincial government had always respected the constitution and the law.
“Imran Khan started to hurl insults at institutions after being ousted from the government. When his government ceased to exist in power, a narrative of foreign conspiracy was developed,” he said.
“If you knew about the conspiracy, why didn’t you summon the charge d’affaires of the USA?” he posed a question to Imran Khan.

“Bushra Bibi was called apolitical and a housewife. Her audio is viral on social media. Bushra Bibi, being a housewife, spread the narrative of treason against the political opponents. She issued directions to label all the political opponents as traitors,” he loathed.
“If Bushra Bibi were political, we are afraid she would have dropped an atomic bomb,” he pointed out.
“Mr Tosha Khan! The list of your crimes is very long,” Malik Ahmed Khan said while addressing Imran Khan.
“Why don’t you give evidence of foreign conspiracy in by-elections?” he questioned.
“Today, the threat is from internal conspiracy, not external one. There are many violations of the Constitution on the part of the PTI,” he abhorred and said that the previous government’s deputy speaker of National Assembly violated the Constitution.
Punjab Home Minister Attaullah Tarar also blamed Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, and Farah Gogi of looting Pakistan.
“On July 1 last, the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) registered a case and arrested two persons namely Rana Yusuf and Maqsood Ahmed,” he said.
“Farah Gogi allotted plot of Rs600 million for Rs80.5 million in Faisalabad Special Economic Zone,” he maintained, adding that Farah Gogi and her mother had been nominated in the case.
“Bushra Bibi used to make deals in Bani Gala. Imran Khan starts to criticize institutions when his corruption comes to the light,” he stated.
Imran spreading anarchy, hatred in country: Kh Asif
Defence Minister Khwaja Asif has lashed out at former prime minister Imran Khan saying that he is spreading anarchy and hatred in the country.
Kh Asif was addressing a function in Sialkot on Sunday. He said spreading chaos and hatred was Imran’s agenda. He said the noose was tightening around Imran.
The minister said that the PTI chief went into hibernation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He maintained that if institutions refused to give any favour to Imran, then he started a campaign against them.
