The Islamabad High Court rejected the Defense Ministry's report during the contempt proceedings over the social media campaign against Justice Babar and his family data leak.

Seeking the report again, the court ordered an investigation against the people who launched the campaign against Justice Babar – one of the judges who wrote to the Supreme Judicial Council over interference with judicial affairs.

The court remarked the FIA identified 16 accounts and the people who started the campaign should be grilled.

Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan added that FIA's report is much better than ISI's.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani questioned whether agencies can trace these accounts or not.

“How many technical experts do MI and ISI have? What is the number of technical experts with FIA?”

As the court was told that FIA has 300 technical experts, it said technical personnel should have been sent to court. What is the role of Director Legal in this case?”

Justice Kiyani directed finding out the campaigners, remarking: “Identify who were behind the malicious campaign, we will pass orders

“You have to determine who kicked off sharing the judge's family data?

“We will also issue an appropriate order in this regard.

“Is it just a coincidence that three different campaigns were launched on the same day?

The court also asked to recommend software that provides analysis of social media accounts.

Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan questioned whether the agencies could compete with 5G warfare or not.
