Therapy Works owner Dr Tahir Zahoor addressing to media person made startling revelations about the day Noor Mukadam was murdered and beheaded and said accused Zahir Jaffer acted normal and later started dramas when police arrived, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Saturday.
He claimed he was stopped for telling his side of a story about the day Noor Mukadam was murdered and his members arrived at the Zahir’s residence.
“The aim of the therapy works was to reach the troubled person and our workers work in different cities of Pakistan,” he said.
It is pertinent to note that Therapy Works is a drug addiction rehab center in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
“Zakir Jaffer, father of killer Zahir Jaffer told Therapy Works that his son processed no weapon but when our workers reached Zahir tried to slit one of our worker’s throat with a knife. He had a pistol and he injured one of our hitting butt of a firearm,” he added.
Counting his prominent work from the past, he said, “I also worked with the prisoners in Adiala Jail on their psychology.”
“Accused Zahir Jaffar’s parents knew me for eight years. I am a psychotherapist for the last 18 years. I launched Therapy Works in 2006 and invited foreign therapists,” he said.
Dr. Tahir Zahoor further said, “ I express my condolences with the Shaukat Mukadam, father of Noor Mukadam.”
Therapy Works (TW) Dr. Qamiq Riaz also briefed the media about the incident when TW reached at the site. “I used stairs to reach inside his room where he opened fire him but it struck. And later he injured my butt of the pistol.”
“I then shouted that Zahir would kill me. I saw the dead body of Noor Mukadam and came outside and told them that a murder occurred inside. I also told that the room was the crime scene,” he added.
