Rashmika Mandanna is celebrating her 29th birthday on April 5, and she recently shared some insights into her health and beauty routines. The actor follows an almost vegetarian diet and starts her day with a liter of water. She also consumes apple cider vinegar, which helps support her digestion and metabolism.
Rashmika revealed these habits during an interview.
Rashmika's Morning Ritual:
When asked about her morning routine for good health, Rashmika said, "I drink a lot of water right when I wake up, almost a liter. My dietitian also recommended apple cider vinegar, and while I’m not sure how I drink it every day, I do! Apart from that, I’ve recently become mostly vegetarian—specifically, an eggetarian. I have eggs after my workouts."
What Does Rashmika Eat in a Day?
Rashmika gave a glimpse into her daily diet, saying, “My favorite breakfast used to be avocado toast, but my dietitian has me avoiding it now. For lunch, I usually prefer South Indian meals, though I don’t eat rice much. I mix all the curries together because they’re packed with veggies and flavors. I know, it’s a bit weird! For dinner, I keep it light, but if I’m dining out with friends, I’ll enjoy a hearty meal.”
Workout and Beauty Routine:
Rashmika also shared that, while she doesn't indulge in cheat meals, she does crave dessert every day. She mentioned being allergic to certain vegetables like tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, and capsicum, but she loves sweet potatoes.
As for her workouts, Rashmika prefers exercising in the evening due to her busy shooting schedule. She works out every day to stay in shape. When it comes to skincare, she keeps things simple: she washes her face, applies moisturizer, and never forgets sunscreen before stepping outside.
