Two die in roof collapse incidents in Peshawar, Mardan

A mother and her son lost their lives while two women were wounded in roof collapse incidents in different areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday. 

The roof of a house caved in due to the crumbling of the ceiling beam in Kohi Barmol Katlang area of Mardan. Resultantly, the mother and her son died under the debris. 

In another incident, two women were wounded after the roof of a house collapsed in Landi Arbab area of Peshawar.

The rescue team rushed to the scene after receiving information and retrieved two women under the rubble.  

The injured were taken to the hospital after giving emergency medical aid by rescue officials. 

“The condition of the injured is out of danger,” said rescue officials.
