Supreme Court’s Constitutional Bench is set to hear Journalist Arshad Sharif's murder case on December 9, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A seven-member bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hold hearing on December 9. Justice Jamal Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hasan Rizvi, Justice Musrat Hilali, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal will be part of the bench.
Supreme Court had taken suo motu notice on the Arshad Sharif murder case. On October 23, 2022, Kenyan police killed Arshad Sharif on the Magadi highway near Nairobi. The investigation found a contradiction in the attitude of the Kenyan police.
