Court acquits PPP MNA in murder case

A court in Umerkot honourably acquitted Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MNA Pir Ameer Ali Shah Jeelani in Shaukat Sammo murder case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
Jeelani was on bail in the murder case of Shaukat Sammo who had allegedly been murdered in Pithora about a year ago.
The suspects had murdered Shaukat Sammo after barging into his dera.
A case was filed in the sessions court of Umerkot, and Pir Ameer Ali Shah Jeelani was nominated in the case.
On Friday, he was honourably acquitted by the court.
