Mr. Marwat said that the jail trial of the cipher case has started, but the decision has not yet come on our request, the cipher case is scheduled for jail hearing again on Monday.
Chief Justice Farooq remarked, “I will hurry. Not on Monday, but I will make a decision in two or three days.”
The judge also inquired of the PTI chairman’s lawyer if they had an objection to Imran Khan’s transfer to Adiala Jail as was reported in the press. He wondered that the PTI chief himself had petitioned for his transfer from Attock to Adiala Jail.
