The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government is deliberating filing a petition in the High Court regarding the alleged disappearance of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, as consultations on the matter have begun.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, Advocate Alam Khan Adenzai, the legal representative of the Chief Minister, stated that the province's chief executive has gone missing, but the government denies his arrest.

CM Ganapur's legal representative further announced plans to submit a petition in the Peshawar High Court, requesting the Chief Justice to schedule a hearing on the matter today (Sunday).

The Advocate General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with law officers, has already arrived at the High Court.

They are expected to formally request the Chief Justice to form a special divisional bench to hear the urgent case.
