Lt Col with three brave soldiers martyred in Khyber Op: 3-terrorist eliminated

In a recent operation conducted on Monday, November 6, 2023, security forces successfully engaged terrorists in the Tirah area of Khyber District. As a result, three terrorists were killed and three others sustained injuries.
Unfortunately, the intense exchange of gunfire led to the martyrdom of four valiant soldiers, including Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Hassan Haider (age: 43 years, resident of Islamabad), Naik Khushdil Khan (age: 31 years, resident of District Lakki Marwat), Naik Rafique Khan (age: 27 years, resident of District Charsadda), and Lance Naik Abdul Qadir (age: 33 years, resident of District Murree).
A thorough sanitization operation is underway to ensure the complete eradication of any remaining terrorists in the region. The resolve of Pakistan's security forces remains unwavering in their commitment to combat terrorism, with the sacrifices of these brave soldiers serving as a testament to their dedication.
Later on Monday night, funeral prayers of Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Hassan Haider, Naik Khushdil Khan, Naik Rafique Khan and Lance Naik Abdul Qadir who embraced Shahadat while fighting gallantly against terrorists in Intelligence Based Operation in general area Tirah, Khyber District were offered in their respective hometowns and buried with full military honours.
Corps Commander Peshawar, and a large number of serving officers & Jawans, civil officials and general public attended the funeral.
Armed Forces of Pakistan stand resolute and committed to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the motherland at all cost.
PM Kakar mourns the loss
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar extended his deep sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of Lt. Col. Muhammad Hassan Haider and expressed his heartfelt prayers for the martyred soldiers including Naik Khush Dil Khan, Naik Rafiq Khan, and Lance Naik Abdul Qadeer.
The PM offered sympathy to the bereaved families and prayed for their resilience. He underlined his pride in the sacrifices made by the soldiers of the Pakistan Army and affirmed the nation's unwavering commitment to continue the fight against terrorism until its complete eradication.
Punjab CM Mohsin Naqvi pays tribute to martyrs
Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the terrorist attack on security forces in Tirah Valley and paid tribute to the great sacrifice of Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Hasan Haider and the other martyred soldiers.
CM Naqvi acknowledged their bravery in confronting the terrorists and saluted their heroic actions. He assured that the nation stands united in its determination to eliminate the scourge of terrorism from Pakistan, and the sacrifices of these brave soldiers will always be remembered.
Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti expresses sorrow
Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti expressed his deep sorrow and regret over the martyrdom of Lt. Col. Muhammad Hasan Haider and other soldiers during the operation in Tirah Valley.
He offered prayers for the departed soldiers, emphasizing the whole nation's salute for their bravery.
