Schools to return to 100pc attendance from Oct 11

National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) chief and Planning Minister Asad Umar Thursday announced that all the educational institutions will reopen from October 11, 24NEWSHD TV reported.
NCOC decides to allow educational institutions to open as usual due to a reduction in corona spread.

The NCOC had earlier placed strict restrictions on 24 districts throughout the country. Out of these, strict restrictions were imposed in six districts while the rest were allowed relaxation.
These six districts were Lahore, Faislabad, Multan, Gujrat, Sargodha and Bannu which remain under strict restrictions.
Earlier, the schools were observing only 50 percent attendance with students attending the classes on alternate days.
