Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif will visit Türkiye on April 11 at the special invitation of First Lady Emine Erdoğan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

Maryam Nawaz will participate in the three-day 4th Anatolian Diplomacy Forum (ADF) and deliver a keynote address upon the personal request of the Turkish First Lady.

A special cultural event titled "Anatolia" will also be hosted in honour of the Punjab CM by First Lady Emine Erdoğan.

“I will be delighted by your presence at the Anatolian Diplomacy Forum,” said Emine Erdoğan in her official invitation, expressing hope that Maryam Nawaz would accept the honour of being a special guest at the event.

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is organising the forum, expressed confidence that Maryam Nawaz’s presence at ADF 2025 would be of great value.

This year’s theme for the Anatolian Diplomacy Forum is “Restoring Diplomatic Ties in a Divided World.”

The ADF will host world leaders, prominent diplomats, thought leaders, and influential personalities from around the globe.

CM Maryam Nawaz is scheduled to participate in various ADF leaders’ panels, ADF Talks, and roundtables, where she will share her perspective.

She will also deliver a special speech on the topic "Shaping the Future in a Divided World: The Power of Knowledge and Change.”
