A rich lady tortured a shopkeeper with a stick in DHA, Lahore after the latter did not ensure e-challan confirmation message to her mobile, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The CCTV footage of the incident is available with the 24NewsHD TV channel.

“The incident occurred when the son of an unknown woman came to a mobile shop to submit the e-challan of a vehicle. And after submitting it, the confirmation message was delayed due to some system error,” the shopkeeper said.

He has filed an application for registration of FIR against the woman in Defense a Police Station but despite the request and medical report, the police did not register a case against the woman.

He said the rich girl did not only beat him but also smashed millions of mobile phones and laptops that can be seen in the CCTV footage.
