Pakistan has said India is financing and organizing secret mercenary terrorist organizations based outside its borders to carry out attacks in Pakistan to impede the implementation of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects.
In its address during the 75th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Pakistan said that India is pushing Tehreek-e-Taliban and Jamaat-ul-Ahrar in the cross-border terrorist attacks against Pakistan.
Pakistani diplomat Jehanzeb Khan in Pakistan's Right to Reply at the Sixth Committee General Debate, said that thousands of Pakistanis have been killed and injured due to Indian-sponsored terrorist attacks.

The diplomat further said that India is also financing and organizing secret mercenary terrorist organizations to conduct attacks in Pakistan in order to delay CPEC projects. "These include the recent Chinese Consulate attack and Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi," Khan said.
He further said India's Hindu supremacist organizations for decades has preached the violent suppression of Muslims in India.
