Abdul Malik Baloch calls on Nawaz Sharif, urges role in Balochistan stability

National Party president and former Chief Minister of Balochistan Dr Abdul Malik Baloch held a significant meeting with PML-N leader Mian Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday to discuss the recent events and growing terrorism in Balochistan, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
During the meeting, the two leaders exchanged views on the deteriorating security situation in the province and ways to ensure long-term peace and development.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch said he had requested Nawaz Sharif to play a proactive role in addressing Balochistan’s issues. He said Nawaz Sharif had assured full support and commitment to playing his role for the betterment of the province.
“Given the gravity of the situation, Nawaz Sharif’s involvement is of great significance,” said the National Party leader.
Sources revealed that Dr Malik also extended an invitation to Nawaz Sharif to visit Balochistan in the near future to meet party leaders and locals.
On the occasion, the PML-N president hosted a luncheon in honour of the National Party delegation, attended by senior leaders from both parties.
Prominent attendees included Khawaja Asif, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Pervaiz Rashid, Ahsan Iqbal, and others.
