Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) president Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry has pledged to continue his efforts for the freedom of Kashmir, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

He raised the Kashmir issue in their parliaments and spoke against the cruelty of the Modi government. He added that even after so many years, the Kashmiri people are still full of passion for freedom.

He said that supporting the Kashmir cause has always been the most important part of his politics.

Barrister Sultan said he would keep working hard until Kashmir is free from Indian rule while speaking at a large public gathering in Quaid-e-Azam Stadium. President Sultan also visited the construction site of the Rathua Haryam Bridge and opened the new Parking Plaza in Mirpur.

Two promises he made during his election campaign. He talked about progress on giving landslips to families in New City Mirpur and again demanded an international airport in Mirpur. He showed full support for a protest happening in the UK on April 13 for the airport.

He asked for quick work on the Mirpur-Muzaffarabad-Mansehra Motorway and for setting up a CPEC Business Center in Mirpur to bring investment and development.

President thanked the people of Mirpur for always supporting him. He said their love helped him become a member of the assembly nine times, as well as Prime Minister, Opposition Leader, and now President.

Thousands of people attended the Eid Milan Party, filling the stadium and nearby rooftops. Many overseas Pakistanis also watched the event online. He also strongly condemned the Israeli attacks on Gaza and asked the world to help stop the violence.
